Privacy & inquiry data

How this website handles the information you send in a product inquiry.

Draft for review

This policy describes the current local website. INMAX must review the final policy and production service providers before public launch.

Information collected

The inquiry form collects your name, company, email, country and message, together with any product, quantity, application or target-date details you provide. Optional attachments are stored with your inquiry. A short-lived hashed network identifier helps prevent automated abuse.

Purpose and access

Your information is used to review and respond to your inquiry. Access is restricted to authorized staff. Inquiry records and attachments are not published on this website. During local testing, notifications go to a local test mailbox.

Attachments

The form accepts PDF, PNG and JPEG files up to 8 MB. Attachments are stored privately and remain unavailable until a configured security scanner reports a clean result. Unscanned attachments are not sent by email or made available for public download.

Retention

Inquiry records and attachments are scheduled for deletion after 90 days. Production retention and backup handling must be approved before launch.

Cookies and analytics

The public website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Necessary authentication cookies are used for signed-in staff and private content previews.

Contact

For questions about your inquiry data, email QR@INMAX-CH.COM. Applicable rights, production service providers and the final legal basis require review by INMAX before launch.

Google Maps

The Contact Us page embeds Google Maps. When the map loads, your browser connects to Google, which receives connection information and may use cookies under its own privacy policy. You can also open the location directly in Google Maps.
